One-word Project: CONTRAST

Well, I wasn’t exactly sure what I would do for contrast. As usual, my initial plans usually change once I really get going on a project. Two friends that were willing to model for me were both not available, and I was running out of time to get the film developed and back for the blog. So as you can see, Andy was recruited for this one 🙂

Anyone that knows my husband knows he was born a country boy through and through. He’s worked on a farm for most of his life, used to go hunting all the time through his teenage years, won goose calling contests, and still bleeds John Deere green. So needless to say, there is an interesting irony to seeing him now adjust so well to living in the city. I felt like this was good contrast in itself, so here are portraits of my best friend. I love how these really capture who he is…

love these last two!
