It’s all about location with this contest! The wedding must be outside of the Midwest, nationally or internationally (we’ve got our passports and are ready to go!) on an available date. It can be somewhere tropical, exotic, secluded, funky, romantic… your dream destination! And maybe it’s not necessarily a destination for you; for instance, maybe you live in sunny California where wedding photography prices for a style similar to mine is super duper pricey- then this deal is perfect for you! Or maybe you are having your wedding at your Uncle Joe’s house on the sparkling blue bay in Maine and can’t find a photographer with the style you’re looking for there and it’s super pricey to fly one in AND pay for an entire photography package on top of travel costs….well then, let’s do this!
The winner is to provide travel and accommodations for two persons (myself and my assistant- we will share one room) for 4 nights. We will arrive two days before your wedding for location scouting (and to avoid any travel delays!), the day of- you will have all-day photography coverage, and the day after- we’ll create beautiful romantic images in your Day-After session (laid back portraits of you two- can be more casual and fun, various locations around).
And since film looks amaaaazing in natural sunlight, all portraits and at least 50% of the wedding day (either ceremony or reception) need to take place outside weather-permitting.
